Prepare final layout and flow sheet based on the main machinery selected and approved preliminary layout and flow sheet.

Review and approve the General arrangement drawings prepared by the equipment / machinery suppliers for various process departments to coordinate and to ensure that they meet all the requirements as laid down in the respective specifications including chutes etc.,

Participation in the meetings with the customer, main equipment suppliers, Auxiliary equipment suppliers.

Preparation of general arrangement of drawings between the departments uncovered in the equipment supplier scope and the interconnecting/hook-up drawings as required for the completion of engineering properly as a whole.

Review and scrutinize of compressed air supply system drawings including bill of materials required for the plant operation

Coordination with the drawings supplied by the various equipment suppliers and to see that all the necessary drawings required for project are supplied.

Preparation of tender documents giving the specifications, General conditions of contract, special conditions of contract – etc., and invite the bidders for finalizing the fabrication and erection contractor.

Evaluate the bids received and prepare the comparative statement and assisting in selection of the tenderer.

Review the load data, anchor plan and other engineering data supplied by the equipment supplier.

Review and scrutinize of drawings for the submission to factory Inspectorate and authorities for their approval.

Review and scrutinize of as built drawings incorporating the site instructions and submissions of the same.
